1. Scope and operator
This Privacy Policy applies to meadnyte.com, House-controlled subscriber communications, and direct privacy requests. “Meadnyte,” “House of Meadnyte,” “World of Meadnyte,” “House,” “we,” and “our” refer to the Meadnyte creative enterprise operating these services.
It does not govern websites, platforms, or services operated by others, including a provider page you visit through an external link. Those services publish their own privacy terms.

2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Subscriber information: email address, first name, optional last name, discovery interests, consent choice, subscription and preference status.
- Communications: messages, replies, requests, attachments, and related contact information you send to the House.
- Rights requests: information needed to locate records, verify identity, understand the request, and document our response.
Information collected through use
- Analytics choice: a first-party browser-storage value records whether analytics was allowed or declined.
- Optional analytics: only after permission, Google Analytics 4 may receive page views, scrolling, outbound link clicks, file downloads, site search, video engagement, referral or campaign information, and general browser, device, and approximate geographic information.
- Source attribution: the Meadnyte page, form version, and limited campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, and utm_content when present.
- Technical records: hosting and security providers may process IP address, browser or device information, requested page, timestamps, referrer, and diagnostic or security events in ordinary server logs.
- Email events: delivery, bounce, complaint, unsubscribe, preference, and—only where enabled and lawful—open or click events processed through the email provider.
We do not ask the public collector for payment information, government identification, precise location, health information, biometric information, or account passwords.
3. How we use information
- to provide the site and requested House experiences;
- to understand consented audience acquisition and content discovery;
- to improve rooms, releases, accessibility, navigation, and performance;
- to send double-opt-in confirmation and, after confirmation, approved Meadnyte communications;
- to recognize interests and personalize subscriber content;
- to maintain preferences, honor unsubscribe and suppression choices, and prevent duplicate or unauthorized delivery;
- to answer communications and privacy requests;
- to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and audit the site and communications;
- to protect House rights, visitors, subscribers, systems, and legal interests; and
- to comply with applicable law and enforce governing terms.
Optional analytics is based on the visitor’s choice. Where applicable law requires consent, we rely on consent. For ordinary site operation, security, requested communications, and internal administration, we may also rely on performance of a requested service, legitimate interests, or legal obligations as applicable.
4. How information is disclosed
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not disclose subscriber lists to unrelated parties for their own direct marketing.
We may disclose information to:
- Service providers: including Google for optional consented analytics; Mailchimp for subscription forms, consent, audience management, preferences, and email delivery; and hosting, infrastructure, security, and professional-service providers acting for Meadnyte.
- Collaborators and personnel: authorized House personnel who need the information to perform assigned work and are subject to appropriate duties.
- Legal or safety recipients: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or enforce terms.
- Business transaction recipients: if a relevant business or asset is reorganized, financed, transferred, or acquired, subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice where required.
- At your direction: when you ask or authorize us to disclose information.
Google and Mailchimp may process information through infrastructure outside your state or country under their applicable privacy and data-processing terms.
5. Cookies, storage, and analytics
Meadnyte uses essential browser storage and offers optional Google Analytics 4 measurement. Before a choice is made—or after analytics is declined—the external Google tag is not loaded and analytics cookies are not set by Meadnyte. If analytics is allowed, the tag may set first-party GA identifiers and collect the interactions described above.
The House has disabled advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization, and Google Signals. Use the persistent Privacy choices control to allow, decline, or later withdraw analytics permission. See the Cookie Policy for operational details.
External provider pages, including Mailchimp-hosted confirmation or preference pages, may use their own cookies and storage. Because the site does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no such activity for a browser opt-out signal to change. Meadnyte will honor legally recognized preference signals where applicable.
6. Retention and security
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including maintaining consent and suppression records, providing communications, resolving requests, securing the system, protecting rights, and meeting legal obligations. Unsubscribe and suppression records may be retained to ensure that a person who leaves is not inadvertently contacted again.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send sensitive information that we have not requested.
7. Your choices and rights
- Subscription: confirm only if you wish to receive communications.
- Preferences: use the personalized Manage Preferences link in a Meadnyte email to update name or interests.
- Unsubscribe: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We will honor the request and may retain a suppression record.
- Privacy request: request access, correction, deletion, a copy, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent where applicable.
See Consumer Privacy Notice and Data Access, Correction & Deletion. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right protected by law.
8. Children’s privacy
The public site and subscriber program are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 through the collector. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
9. International visitors
Meadnyte operates from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in other places where service providers operate. Privacy rights and transfer requirements vary by location. Where a law applies to our processing, we will use an available lawful basis and provide the rights required by that law.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when practices, services, or laws change. The effective and last-updated dates identify the current version. Material changes will receive additional notice where required.
Questions or requests may be sent to social@meadnyte.com or mailed to Meadnyte, 7095 Hollywood Boulevard, #846, Los Angeles, CA 90028.
