1. Current state and analytics choice
Meadnyte offers optional audience measurement through Google Analytics 4 (GA4), using Measurement ID G-JRC9EG3YMJ. The Google tag is not requested and analytics cookies are not set unless a visitor selects Allow analytics.
When allowed, GA4 may measure page views, scrolling, outbound link clicks, file downloads, site search, video engagement, referral or campaign information, and general browser, device, and approximate geographic information. Meadnyte uses this information to understand discovery, improve rooms and releases, and establish acquisition baselines.
Advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization, and Google Signals are disabled. Declining analytics does not restrict access to the public House.
2. Browser storage
The site uses local browser storage to remember an analytics choice so the House does not repeatedly ask on every page. The landing-page subscriber collector may also use session storage to remember limited source-attribution parameters during the current browser session, including utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, and utm_content when present.
If analytics is allowed, Google Analytics may set first-party identifiers such as _ga and _ga_<container-id>. These support visitor and session measurement. Visitors can later review or withdraw permission through the discreet Cookie settings link in the site footer.
3. External providers
Google provides the optional analytics service and may process consented measurement data under its applicable privacy and data-processing terms. Meadnyte has configured the tag for analytics only and has disabled advertising-related consent categories and Google Signals.
When you choose a link to a Mailchimp-hosted signup, confirmation, unsubscribe, or preference page—or another external platform—that provider may use its own cookies, storage, logs, and security controls. Those technologies are controlled by the external provider and described in its policies.
4. Your controls
Analytics is off by default. Meadnyte does not show an unsolicited cookie banner or floating privacy control. To make or change a choice, use the discreet Cookie settings link in the footer. Choose Allow analytics to enable measurement or Keep analytics off to decline or withdraw permission. Withdrawing permission changes the consent state, removes known Meadnyte GA cookies where the browser permits, and prevents analytics from loading on later pages.
You can also clear site data through browser settings. Blocking storage may affect source attribution or some provider-hosted functionality, but the public Meadnyte rooms should remain generally accessible. The site does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Future technologies
Before Meadnyte activates advertising, profiling, cross-site tracking, or another materially different nonessential technology, the House will identify the provider and purpose, update the applicable notices, provide required controls, and obtain consent where required.
