1. Notice at collection
Meadnyte may collect the following categories for the purposes shown. We retain each category only as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes and legal, security, suppression, and recordkeeping needs.

Meadnyte does not use the public collector to collect sensitive personal information for inferring characteristics.
2. Rights that may apply
Depending on the law that applies to Meadnyte’s processing and your location, you may have rights to:
- know or access personal information and processing details;
- receive a portable copy of information you provided;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete personal information, subject to lawful exceptions;
- withdraw consent;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain sharing;
- limit certain uses of sensitive personal information;
- appeal a denied request where a governing state law provides an appeal; and
- complain to an applicable privacy regulator.
These rights are not absolute. We may deny or limit a request when the law permits or when we cannot reasonably verify it.
3. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
Meadnyte does not sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration. Meadnyte does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not use the site for targeted advertising. We therefore do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
If these practices change, Meadnyte will update this notice and provide any required opt-out method before beginning the covered activity.
4. California disclosures
California law may provide additional rights where a law applies to the operator or processing. The categories collected and purposes are stated in Section 1. Meadnyte’s disclosures are limited to service providers, contractors, authorized personnel, legal and safety recipients, and other recipients described in the Privacy Policy.
Meadnyte does not disclose personal information to third parties for those third parties’ own direct-marketing purposes. The site does not currently allow third parties to collect personally identifiable information over time and across unrelated websites for behavioral advertising.
California residents may request information about applicable practices or exercise a qualifying right through the Data Request page. Meadnyte will not discriminate against a person for exercising a protected privacy right.
5. Other United States and international regions
Other U.S. states and countries may provide rights similar to those above. Visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other regions may also have rights related to lawful basis, access, correction, erasure, portability, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal, and regulator complaints where the relevant law applies.
Meadnyte will evaluate each request under the law applicable to the relevant person, processing activity, and organization. This notice does not represent that every listed law applies to every Meadnyte activity.
6. Exercise a right
Use the Data Access, Correction & Deletion instructions or email social@meadnyte.com. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity and locate records. Authorized agents may submit requests where the law permits, subject to authority and identity verification.
