1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms of Use and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you use the site for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
You must be legally able to agree to these terms. The subscriber collector is not directed to children under 13.
2. Limited access and acceptable conduct
Meadnyte grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access public pages for personal, lawful use. You may not:
- interfere with the site, evade access controls, test vulnerabilities without authorization, or burden infrastructure;
- use bots, scrapers, crawlers, automated extraction, or bulk-download tools except as expressly authorized in writing or required by non-waivable law;
- introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, misrepresent affiliation, or use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or rights-violating activity;
- collect information about other visitors or subscribers; or
- use House material or systems to build, train, evaluate, or supply machine-learning or synthetic-content systems without written authorization, to the maximum extent allowed by law.
3. Intellectual property
The site and House assets are protected by copyright, trademark, unfair-competition, contract, and other laws. Access does not transfer ownership. The IP Use & Handling Policy is incorporated into these terms.
4. Messages, feedback, and submitted material
You retain any rights you hold in material you send to Meadnyte. You authorize Meadnyte to receive, store, reproduce internally, and share that material with authorized personnel and service providers as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate the communication, protect the House, or comply with law.
Do not send confidential business proposals, unreleased creative works, trade secrets, or material belonging to another person unless Meadnyte has expressly agreed in writing to receive it under suitable terms. A general contact channel does not create a confidential, fiduciary, employment, agency, partnership, or submission-review relationship.
5. External links and providers
The site may link to Mailchimp, SoundCloud, social platforms, stores, collaborators, or other external services. Meadnyte does not control and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, or practices. A link does not necessarily mean endorsement.
6. Changes and availability
Rooms, works, previews, links, features, and communications may change, pause, move, or end. Meadnyte may restrict access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, rights protection, legal compliance, or misuse prevention. We do not promise that every project or preview will be completed, released, or remain available.
7. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and public content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Meadnyte disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing on the site is legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
These disclaimers do not exclude a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meadnyte and its owners, personnel, collaborators, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the site.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Meadnyte specifically for the affected site service during the preceding twelve months or US $100. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any non-waivable consumer right, claims relating to these terms or the site must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.
10. Changes, severability, and contact
We may revise these terms as the site or law changes. The effective and last-updated dates identify the current version. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
